All your orders are accepted and prepared by the 4 working days. from receipt of payment and sent by your chosen delivery method.

DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION:

• EU - Lithuanian Post mail 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch, price 7 eur.
• LITHUANIA -  Ominva by mail 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch, price 3.30 eur. 

Shipping time is calculated from the day the goods are shipped. We only ship to EU countries

RETURN

We believe that you will be pleasantly surprised and impressed with the products we create, but if you received the wrong product, damaged or decided to return it for personal reasons, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase.

RETURN OF GOODS:

• Please inform us about the product you want to return by e-mail to fuegoscent@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the reason.
  
• If you received damaged goods - take a picture of the damaged parts and send it to fuegoscent@gmail.com with the order number.
  
• If by mistake you received the wrong goods that you ordered or damaged, then the shipping costs are borne by the seller.
• If you are returning goods for personal reasons, then shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• When returning the goods, they must be in their original packaging intact, without losing their commercial appearance and complete set.
• Refunds will be made within 5 working days upon receipt of the returned item.
